Property Management

Our house inspections are an examination of your property’s safety and current state. We make sure that your home is in an immaculate condition. Working closely with our established partners, which allows us to adapt to your individual wishes.
We are the ideal service provider for private property owners, project developers and agencies. We manage and organise any issues there might be and contact our clients as soon as they appear.
An effective quality management requires commitment and time. Our quality control includes: planning, controlling and optimizing all processes based on specified requirements. The aim is to confirm the quality of a product or service.
We will inform you about the performed work and the condition of your property. This process will be done through photo and video documentation, which will allow us to keep our clients up to date.

Concierge Services

We can manage any of your bookings that you would like to do during our service. From restaurants, to island tours, to even boat charters and more. We will assist you with various tasks and will be happy to provide you with our private telephone service from 9am to 6pm.
Our concierge department will arrange for our private, professional and reliable chauffeurs to get you from A to B in a stylish VIP way of life.
