§ Privacy
Data Protection Declaration.
In brief: This website sets no cookies, embeds no third-party services and does not analyse your behaviour. When you visit this page, your browser makes not a single connection to any external server. We receive personal data only if you contact us through the form, by e-mail or by telephone.
What this website does not do
- No cookies. Neither we nor any third party places cookies in your browser.
- No analytics, no tracking pixels, no tracking, no user profiling.
- No embedded third-party services. Fonts, images, films and scripts are all held on our own server.
- No disclosure of your data to advertising networks or data brokers.
This is why you will find no consent banner on this site: there is nothing for you to consent to.
Display settings
The two controls at the top right let you enlarge the text and change the contrast. So that this choice survives moving to another page, your browser stores it in its local storage under the name “mfg-a11y”. Exactly two values are stored: the chosen text size and the chosen colour mode.
This is not a cookie. The entry is never sent with any request, stays on your device and never reaches us at any point. It allows no conclusion about your identity and serves no recognition purpose. You may delete it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser; the page then displays normally again.
Server logs
Like every web server, ours records access to the site. What is recorded is the IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred and details of the browser and operating system.
These records serve solely the secure and fault-free operation of the website. They are not combined with other data, not used to recognise individual visitors and not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the technically sound operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are kept by our hosting provider and deleted automatically according to their retention periods.
Contact form
When you submit the form on this site, you provide us with your name and e-mail address (both required), your telephone number if you wish (optional) and the text of your message.
These details are sent to our mailbox as an e-mail. They are not stored in a database, not transferred into any customer management system and not passed on to third parties. We use them solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is directed towards a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep your message for as long as is necessary to deal with it, and beyond that only where statutory retention periods require it.
Protection against automated messages
So that the form is not misused by programs, each submission is checked against a few characteristics: two fields invisible to people, the time between opening the page and submitting, the number of links in the text, and how frequently submissions are made.
For the last of these checks, a checksum of your IP address is generated and held on our server for at most one hour; after that it is removed automatically. The IP address itself is never stored in plain text and cannot be recovered from the checksum. No third-party service is involved — in particular, no captcha is used. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abusive use (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
E-mail and telephone
If you write or call us directly, we process the details you provide in order to deal with your request. The same principles apply as for the contact form. Please note that an unencrypted e-mail could be read by third parties on its way to us.
Hosting
This website is operated at ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes the data arising from visits to the website on our behalf and is contractually bound to comply with data protection requirements.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to information about the data stored about you, to its rectification, erasure or the restriction of its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Any consent you have given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
An informal message to info@mfg-agency.com is sufficient for all of this.
Right to complain
If you believe that we are not processing your data lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Spanish data protection agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es. You may equally contact the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

We adapt this declaration when the website changes. The version published here is the one that applies. Last updated: September 2026.
